We stay at a different AirBnB on Marco Island at least once a year, and this one was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Immaculately clean, perfect central location, well-stocked with beach equipment, phenomenal heated pool and hot tub (critical in January!), and great communication with the host. Minor negatives (a garage clicker that was out of battery, lack of trash can in one of the bathrooms, lack of TV in two of the four bedrooms, and clean but dated linens) did not remotely outweigh the incredible virtues of this property. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Jonathan was a fantastic host — very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The place was great: clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend staying with Jonathan!

We enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s property so much that we were reluctant to return to the NY winter weather, and Jonathan graciously allowed us to extend our stay. The property has everything a traveling family could need. We enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, and even playing cornhole in the driveway. It is centrally located and within walking distance to a nearby park and playground. The house is fully equipped with amenities that truly make it feel like home. I also have to mention that the mattresses are adjustable and extremely comfortable, which is a rare find in many Airbnb properties. We would definitely book again if we find our way back to Marco Island!

Jonathan’s home was tropical and welcoming. We loved the heated pool in the private backyard.
This home in Naples was perfectly located and felt close to everything we wanted to go explore. We could go out for a few hours then go back for a swim because everything was so close. Naples had everything you could ask for in a vacation spot and having this beautiful home made it comfortable, easy and relaxing. We will definitely bookmark this home for another stay.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted! Jonathan was a great host and very responsive. The house is nicely equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach or just to relax by the pool/hot tub. I would recommend a stay if you come to Marco Island!

We booked Jonathan's place at the very last minute, and despite that, he was immediately responsive and welcoming. We received instructions right away and had no issues getting into the place the evening we arrived. We had some questions and got instant responses from Jonathan making our check in completely hassle-free. The house is great. We were just a single family of 5, and there was so much space we couldn't even use it all. The pool was very warm/clean. The house was clean, linens super soft, and the beds were perfect. Location of the house is ideal - we walked to get our food daily at Trader Joe's, which was about 5 minute walk. Wal-Mart and Whole foods each about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive, including Mercato. We didn't end up using the bikes they provided, but took the beach chairs with us to the beach and it was a 5 minute drive with ample free parking minutes away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend 100%. Jonathan was an excellent host!

Jonathan was quickly available for any questions or needs we had during our stay. He had a book with recommendations regarding restaurants, beaches and places to go as a family. His place was clean and equipped with lots of fun things to enjoy as a family. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway by the beach!

Jonathan was an attentive host, always getting back to me within minutes when I had a question! The home feels like a cottage on the water. The peacefulness of the canals is felt from the pool area. We had access to sun almost the whole day from the direction the pool faced, which was key. It was less than a mile to get to the main drag of Collier, and it was a super peaceful, quiet area. I would stay in one of Jonathan's homes again!

The house was clean, had coffee and an excellent location. The pool and hot tub were really nice. Fencing made it private. When I had an issue, Jonathan arranged for repairs immediately. It would have been nice to have washcloths in the bathrooms, but not a necessity. Loved the beach towels that were readily available.
